Together with my team and colleagues in the digital healthcare space and technology industry, I’ve tackled a diverse set of difficult challenges and led the creation of solutions that delivered substantive business results and value to the customer—patients, clinical and administrative healthcare professionals, enterprise users, and consumers. Leading with a creative and commercial focus, I’ve built and matured practices, scaled teams and steered performance turnarounds—elevating design’s profile, influence, and output while shaping the product strategy. My leadership purview has extended across research, design, content strategy and development, and front-end engineering with up to 75-member global organizations across the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
