Crafting quotations for diverse projects, including Valve Spare Parts, Nitrogen Booster Spare Kits, and Valves.ii. Addressing tender projects pertaining to product offerings.• Product Sourcing: Source products as necessitated by project requirements, ensuring both quality and timely delivery.• Commercial and Technical Price Bids: Develop and deliver commercial and technical price bids in alignment with project specifications.• Review Technical Documentation: Review datasheets, technical clarifications, Material Take-Offs (MTO), and client-provided drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Organize and archive project-related documentation for future reference and audit purposes.• Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and negotiate terms as needed.
