• Responsible for preventive, predictive and shut down maintenance of Electric overhead travelling (EOT) cranes.• Carry out one monthly shut down activities of EOT (includes Gear boxes, couplings, wheels alignment and collar inspection, pulleys inspection, wire rope inspection and changing, and bearings inspection).• Deal with all work shop activities such as machining and fabrication.• Responsible for maintenance and in-house repairing of 12 MW Induction Furnace (Capacity: 30 MT, 28 MT and 25 MT).• Daily and weekly maintenance of heavy duty Fume extraction system (FES) and Air pollution control (APC) hood. • Worked in the Project of erection and installation of new pumps, cooling towers, generator, and water piping. • Establish and maintain monthly accomplishment reports and equipment status reports.• Prepare spare list and backup spares for every mechanical related equipment.

• Responsible for Maintenance and daily inspection of 1MW (Cummins) diesel generator.• Preventive Maintenance of Screw compressors (Wuxi 30 kw, 22 kw).• Responsible for operation and maintenance of Centrifugal pump (KSB).• Predictive maintenance of Cooling towers (Induce Draft, Liang Chi). • Responsible for operation and condition based maintenance of Reverse osmosis plant (Capacity: 165000 GPD).• Conversion of RO Water into Drinking water and approve its test report.• Responsible for operation of Deep well borehole and outsource repairing of submersible pumps.• To monitor the performance of Plate type heat exchangers.
