In my capacity as the Personal Assistant to the Head-IT at Mari Petroleum Company Ltd. I excel in providing comprehensive executive support to ensure the smooth functioning of departmental operations. My responsibilities span a wide spectrum, including scheduling of IT meetings, precise coordination, and detailed documentation of essential meetings and projects as well as checking up the functioning of IT equipment at the start of the business hours. I prioritize accuracy and efficiency in managing data entry tasks, safeguarding the integrity of departmental information. Facilitating clear communication and effectively managing priorities are key elements of my role, enhancing the productivity of the Head of Department. I leverage my proficiency in Adobe E-Sign and Photoshop, Printers, cartages and scanners connectivity, verification and management of IP Phone extension across Head Office and fields, checking the dashboard of Managing Director (MD), Verifying the Logitech Camera Systems installed at MD office, Boards of Directors Room equipment, Wi-Fi Speed tests, Mobilink Signals repeaters and Signal strength tests, checking the Thuraya Satellite Phones. To fulfill creative needs, I contribute actively to the team's diverse requirements.
