Compile and maintain forecast reports and measure against targets set within the ABSA Group as well as Barclays Africa. Redesigning and modifying customer satisfaction reports across the Barclays and Africa network, to bring a level of standardisation and effectiveness across the board. Align the ABSA and Barclays footprints to create a seamless footprint to the Barclays Africa model for a clean measurement process.Maintain and interrogate ABSA Group Customer Care MI Data Mart and Warehouse to always have accurate data information.Liaising with all relevant dependents to ensure feeds and reporting enhancement. With Cognos chosen as the preferred reporting tool, manage in migrating and regenerating all reports past, present and future to align with the preferred reporting tool, in the front and back end. As a full time FSE, I managed and supported the ABSA campus (exceeding 7000 users) with any issues in network, hardware and software issues. With regard to software, I support all certified ABSA software (specialising in SAS and SAP). I have met all criteria in successfully completing requests in the agreed upon SLA and was rated the top FSE for 5 consecutive month
