Goal-oriented independent researcher with a wealth of experience in various aspects of vaccines and antibody discovery and development, which includes reverse vaccinology and proteomics-based novel vaccine antigen discovery , antigen-specific human antibody development from single B cell, antibody cloning, expression in CHO/HEK293 cells, purification, functional characterization, classification of protective and pathogenic antibodies for therapeutic and disease biomarkers, particularly in the context of autoantibodies. Strong background in advanced techniques such as multicolor flow cytometry, 10X genomics, Glycan microarray analysis, NGS and animal infection models. Overall, I contributed meaningfully to therapeutic and scientific advancements which include:• Developed pre-clinical formulation of 5-valent semi-synthetic pneumococcal conjugate vaccine and a semi-synthetic glycoconjugate vaccine against carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae• Publications in high impact journal (Journal of Immunology, PNAS, Journal of American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie) and co-inventors of 14 patents.
