I have worked more than two years in hospitality and tourism industry in different departments such as Kitchen assistant at Pizza Hut, Cafe Server at Cold Stone Creamery and management trainee at Gloria Jeans's Coffees. At Gloria Jean's I got opportunity to learn a lot by working in all the departments of the Coffee shop. I worked there as Cashier, Store Manager, and worked closely with the higher management in all the decision making processes. I did Level 6 along with Bachelor in arts (B.A) and then level 7 in hospitality & tourism management in order to grow in this field.
