Launch/Re-launch Execution of New Brands, channels and Trade Structure Territory Plans & Distribution Logistic Management for Resource Optimization Re-Strategizing & Re-Organization to capture the right potential at the right time. Optimal stock mix & management through “Sufficiency Planning” Responsible for the maintenance of all budgetary commitments & setting sales targets. Contributes towards development of consumer and customer insights. Managing KPI’s and Company Fundamentals and ensuring proper in-store execution. Use SAP for data analysis, SAP BPE for MM as well Provide a consultative solutions sales process to all my subordinates ensuring one team one mission and one vision. Supply Chain co-ordination and synchronization at both customer’s and production’s end. Gathers and feedback competitive and customer intelligence. Logistics & Fleet Management (Rout Optimization, Efficiency, Cost Reduction & Capacity Utilization)
