I collaborated as a consultant on this project with a municipal council. This involved:• Undertake all the responsibilities for designing an urban park (with 2 Kilometres long) in Mashhad, and successfully complete the project on time and within budget. • Take direction and advice from Coordinators and managers of the deputy of urban planning and architecture based on the master plan, detailed plans for Mashhad and other design guidelines to provide a high standard of urban design for this project.• Manage experts who carry out their own responsibilities including architects, civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, landscape architects and urban planners. • Coordinate with the council to improve the project in all stages, participate in regular meetings, presente the files, reports; then revise them, prepare final drawings, estimations and documentations. • Use up-to-date AutoCAD and Sketch Up software in completing the 2-D drawings and 3D models to ensure the accuracy in the measurements (in all stages from developing the design concept to finalizing drawings and plans).• Develop of architectural, electrical, mechanical plans, sections, and constructions details.• Ensure that all stakeholders, experts from government organisations and offices also my design team are engaged properly in the process and satisfied with the procedure and outcomes.

I have worked in this company as an Architect and Urban Designer. I used various soft ware to present my Architectural plans and reports.• Supported chief civil engineers by preparing the drawings and reports (using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office), for eight existing buildings in Mashhad with precision to develop the project of retrofitting these buildings against earthquake. • Site visit during the process of preparing the drawings and reports. • Attending official meetings and preparing presentations using graphic skills for those meetings.

This involved:• Assisted engineers in designing architectural projects from the early concepts and sketches to producing accurate AutoCAD drawings for the projects. • Project required long hours of work to meet deadlines, improve time management skills for multi-disciplinary projects. • Attended training programs to enhance skills in AutoCAD.

Worked for a financial organisation, Mizan, I was involved in various responsibilities:• In a large-scale project (330 hectare), Ferdowsi Land Preparation, collaborating with a wide range of experts such as electrical, mechanical, civil, traffic and legal professions to design and prepare drawings and plans for this project. • Visited the site of the project and participated in weekly meetings to report the improvements to the client and Revised documents to incorporate on improvements. • Presented alternatives and finalized selected design including investigations, studies, plans, architectural details and construction details, etc. • Provided urban design advice and guidance for the design team.

Moreover, I read some good example of urban design projects have done by famous Urban Consultants in my country.• All the referred architectural topics of the office of preservation and restoration of historic texture such as completing, collecting, giving opinions and gathering enquiries about the architectural plans. • Study and review the provided documents and give expert opinions about projects in the format of reports.
