I am the Americas Finance Lead for Google SMB. Some of my priorities include the following:1. Revenue Uplift and Sustainability Reporting/Tracking: Foster the growth of our SMB revenue programs by (i) Creating a model to track and calculate annualized revenue sustainability uplift and revenue per headcount (ii) Creating a framework for regular reporting of our revenue model2. Cost Management and Analyses: My focus areas are to (i) Manage our multi-million dollar budget associated with our global vendor operations based on our headcount model projections (ii) Quantify and assess Google's value-adding interactions with our clients and allocate staffing needs accordingly (iii) Create data pipelines and dashboards that are the single sources of truth for all value adding interactions in order to report on the productivity of Google's SMB business. 3. Optimal Headcount Allocation Management: (i) I help forecast the headcount requirements for Google's SMB business and (ii) Liaise with our senior level business partners to ensure sufficient staffing needs for our yearly planning.4. Business Partnering with our senior level execs and other supporting analyst groups.
