- Construct a research model for surveys with 5 main factors and 29 questions that require more than 200 samples.- Analyze the data results from more than 200 samples using Excel and SMARTPLS to determine the reliability and validity of the research.

- Facilitate engaging tutoring sessions for the Project Management course, involving a thorough review of materials and interactive quizzes- Assess assignments related to Project Planning, specifically those employing Microsoft Project, to provide constructive feedback

Develop a detailed plan for Warehouse Management Process by constructing flow process diagram and SOP in preparation for the 2024 Presidential Election.

- Construct Standard Operating Procedure for product measurement using Visual Measurement Machine, train 4 new employees to operate and measure product using the machine- Calculate the capability and performance index of the molding process using more than 200 samples with Capability Index method to verify the process met Lean Six Sigma specification- Validate machine's capability to measure micrometer products using Gauge Repeatability & Reproducability, gaining experience in deciding suitable machine for measuring product and calibrating machine- Evaluate the production and assembly processes by reviewing defective products, constructiong flow-process diagram, and analyzing the improvement areas- Utilize Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify issues and risks in processes and enhance the development of Control Plans to apply lean manufacturing methods

- Reliably collaborate with the team of 9 in planning and constructing more than 81 instagram contents and 12 videos using Adobe Photoshop, After Effect, and Wondershare Filmora.- Diligently plan and create Instagram story interactive contents 3 times a week to increase audience engagement with fun facts and games. The event succeeded gaining up to 800 participants
