As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, my role involves supporting senior consultants in various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate databases. I assist with job postings and advertising, as well as coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. Additionally, I provide administrative support throughout the recruitment cycle and strive to build and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and clients.
