CurrentAs a Junior Recruitment Consultant, my role involves supporting senior consultants in various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate databases. I assist with job postings and advertising, as well as coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. Additionally, I provide administrative support throughout the recruitment cycle and strive to build and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and clients. Keeping abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices is also essential to ensure effective support in meeting the organization's recruitment goals.
