•Responsible for ERP implementation of Core Insurance & others functional modules.•Projects Master Planning that includes development of project charters, defining project objectives, deliverables & resource planning, also conducting Project Kick off meetings.•Analyzing ERP implementation issues & gap analyses of legacy system with new System.•Gathering requirements, documenting requirements, project documents, As-Is/To-Be analysis, modeling, gaps analysis and solution deployment.•Preparation & finalization of RASD (Requirement Analysis & System Design) Document.•Generate value by determining business needs and translating those needs into technical specifications.•Creating a project initiation document with project scope, goals, execution methods and the like creating various analysis models such as business models, process models, data models and workflow models.•Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary and Performed PMO activities (Project Plans, Status reports, Minutes of Meetings).•Performing business analysis with the HOD’s and business users.
