Cardiovascular Devices Manufacturing:-Supervision of PTCA Balloon Catheter production line -Supervision of Diagnostic Angiography Catheter production line-Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) protocols according to the ISO-13485 :2016-Training providing newly hired staff -Improvement of product and revalidation of production's processes -Supervision of product packaging (Primary and Secondary)-Maintaining Clean Room's (class 5'7&8) protocols according to the ISO-13485 : 2016-Hands on Experience manufacturing of PTCA Balloon Catheter's all processes like Balloons Formation, Balloon with Outer-tube welding,Guide wire exit port hole and welding, Distal welding and Profiling, Assembly of Proximal and distal shafts, Balloon Folding and Stent Crimping on PTCA Balloon etc.-Hands on Experience manufacturing of Diagnostic Catheter's processes like Distal Tip and Tapring,shaping of left judkins and shaping of Right judkins etc.-To perform Quality control checks after the process like Druleck Test, Compliance, measurements or leak tests etc.-Managing Quality Management System (QMS) production's documents Trails according to the ISO-13485 :2016-To conduct internal and external audits.-Preventive maintenance of all production's equipments.-Process optimization according to desire profile/according to the new material requirements.- Involved in R&D of new projects.-Installation of new production's equipments and its Validation.- To perform the product primary and secondary labeling and packaging according to SOPs.
