I am currently working as an Employment Support Coordinator at OCSS, where I assist clients in overcoming barriers to employment, providing guidance, resources, and support to enhance their job readiness and success. In addition, I serve as a Student Ambassador in Student Affairs and a Social Media Coordinator at the Student Life Center at Westcliff University. My role involves showcasing the university’s strengths through public-facing activities, engaging with students, staff, and faculty, and participating in various initiatives to improve the student experience. I also participate in media campaigns, student referrals, and orientation sessions, using my public relations and student engagement skills.I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National University, Bangladesh, and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Information Technology at Westcliff University, expected to graduate in 2024. I have four years of graphic design experience, creating and implementing designs for publicity posters, banners, and social media platforms, using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I have also developed sales management, sales operations, and direct sales skills through my previous roles and projects. My goal is to pursue occupations related to IT specialist, network engineering, and cyber security, as I am passionate about these fields and eager to learn more. I value collaboration, creativity, and diversity, and I strive to contribute to the academic and professional communities that I belong to.
