Agencies and other partner’s relation.▪ Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.▪ Ensure successful yearly operational reconciliation process between company and banking partners.▪ Ensure dedicated involvement with Audit-TAX/VAT/Law Firms for RJSC Issues, Stakeholders Share related Issues, Company VAT and TAX related Issues, Certification and Membership yearly Renewal related Issues.▪ Ensure help to Audit Firms/Accounts Dept. to fulfil all the requirements for preparing every fiscal years Financial Statements of the company and ensure successful submission and approval.▪ Pitch professional, informative, visual, graphical & statistical presentation to the corporate clients, Govt. Agencies and highly represent the company brand value as a senior management.▪ Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.▪ Oversee risk management and legal activities, client contracts, partnership agreements and other legal documents.▪ Keep track of the changes in regulatory environments.▪ Develop and Identify KPI for overall team members and ensure tracking of those KPIs’ through right tracking tools and reporting.
