Current1) Respond incoming calls and make outbound calls .2) Resolve 90% issues by providing insightful solutions using emotional intelligence and by being active listener that ensures positive client experience.3) Deal with cash payment , credit / debit transactions , and prepare invoice for future transactions 4) Engage with existing customers as first line of support to understand unique needs and to solve their problems by being empathetic resulting in 80% repeat business. 5) Collaborate with team members and supervisor to ensure that clients are getting solutions from the right person that enables us to manage risk properly.6) Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and financial transactions according to the company regulations by maintaining proper log sheet
