As a Research Associate at CMED HEALTH LTD, I contributed to critical healthcare research projects with a focus on enhancing the well-being of individuals. My responsibilities included:Breast Cancer Risk-assessment Models: I conducted a comprehensive review of existing Breast Cancer Risk-assessment models, specifically analyzing their feasibility in the context of Bangladeshi women. This research aimed to contribute valuable insights to breast cancer prevention and early detection strategies.In addition to my role at CMED HEALTH LTD, I actively engaged in impactful research initiatives, including:Brain Cancer Gene Expression Analysis: I embarked on a research journey to analyze brain cancer gene expression. Leveraging technologies such as Auto-Encoder, DNN, PCA, SVM, KNN, DT, numpy, and pandas, I implemented both supervised and unsupervised approaches for feature extraction. Subsequently, I applied DNN and machine learning algorithms for classification. This project is a testament to my commitment to advancing healthcare through data-driven insights.Heart Disease Classification Using Machine Learning: In this project, I harnessed the power of machine learning by employing technologies like MLP, SVM, KNN, Random Forest, and Python. My work focused on the analysis and enhancement of accuracy in the classification of heart disease using physiological data. I introduced a unique pipeline for classification, demonstrating my dedication to improving healthcare outcomes through technology.These research experiences have not only deepened my understanding of critical health issues but also honed my skills in data analysis, machine learning, and technology implementation.
