Responsibilities Include:• End to End full life cycle – Requirements, Sourcing, Short listing, E-Mail / Confirmation, Negotiations and Submitting.• Handling multiple requirements at a time and fulfilling to clients.• Working on different technologies and domain as per the clients requirement• Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references, head hunting, and networking.• Gathering the requirements from hiring manager / accounts manager, screening the requirements and fishing out promising profiles within time frame.• Quality check for resumes
