· Responsible for reviewing software QA requirements and specifications and providing timely and meaningful feedback.· Work on a variety of Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes to help evolve the company’s automated test infrastructures to support leading-edge development and deployment such as continuous integration, continuous build and behavior-driven acceptance testing.· Involve in functional testing- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute the test cases as per the milestone scope· Lead Bug triage meetings with Client and Internal teams , also as an individual contributor accurately track and report potential product defects isolated during testing with detailed descriptions of the inputs and conditions necessary to reproduce the error.· Thoroughly understand software testing patterns, best practices and the application under test.· Actively participates in an Agile software development environment (scrum).· Handling technical communications and understanding the customers’ systems.· Improve existing Automation suite and optimize the execution time of scripts· Implement cross-device testing for various devices and mobile strategies.· Identify or develop tools and design tests that provide useful information to improve software quality· Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary.· Analyze regularly executed automated regression test suite in a continuous integration (Cl) environment and report product or test bugs.· Use a variety of Software QA tools, and processes to perform the above job duties including web applications (Javascript, Java, SQL, Atlassian Jira, ALM and Zephyr) and automation tools (Selenium and Cucumber).
