Strategic planning and project management to increase Team Japan’s international presence and competitiveness by mainly divided into the following three categories:1. JOC International Sports Leadership AcademyDevelop and execute a global people development strategy and programs in the areas of leadership, management, communication and professional skills for elite candidates from national sport federations - Strategic planning and management of the overall programs for the academy- Budget management and government relations - Arrangement of guest speakers such as politicians, diplomat, government officials, top management and executives from global companies, International Federations, professional sports leagues. 2. IF Executives doubling plan with Japanese GovernmentDesign and execute strategic plans and projects of election campaign for Japanese candidates to be IF /AF executive board and/or committee members. - Present state analysis and strategic planning using marketing and promotion method for this election campaign- Work closely with National Federations and Government officials- Budget management of this national project3. International Relations and ProjectsIn charge of daily operations of international exchanges and cooperation with IOC, OCA, ANOC, NOCs, IFs, NFs, embassies and sponsors- Project management of JOC/NF international forum, 50th year anniversary event of 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games, National hospitality house in Olympic Games, Coordination Commission of Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, etc. - Assist the bidding campaign of Tokyo 2020 in VIP communication and sport diplomacy- Member, IOC Coordination Working Group of Tokyo 2020 Preparation Project- Member, Public Relations Commission of Sport for Tomorrow Consortium(SFTC)
