Primary responsibilities included managing the architecture team and creating/controlling company’s IT Strategy. Direct reports consist of a matrixed and virtual set of architects, engineers, project/program managers and other related extended team members. The key responsibilities of my team involved solving complex business problems, complex architectural solutions, technology issues, while encouraging cross organizational collaboration on all viable architectural solutions. My most significant achievements made were: • Executive Level Organization and Management - Create, manage and collaborate with executives in order to successfully bridge different parts of the business and IT organization to achieve successful results.• Leadership & Organizational Change – Assess the role of leadership in dealing with culture and help facilitate and lead the roadmap that effectively leads to positive change within the organization.• Controlling Architecture Landscape - Led the Architecture and Emerging Technologies team, responsible for infrastructure and application roadmap, integration architecture, and other aspects of the IT strategic planning• Technology Leadership - Provide technology leadership to programme / project teams and be responsible for the high level architecture, delivered a current state analysis and published 3 year architecture roadmap that aligned business needs and emerging market trends. • Business Work Program - Established a technology program review methodology to better coordinate delivery of services, significantly lower program costs, and increase project success rate and contract profitability. Realize significant improvements and efficiencies by performing in-depth team management and pro-active processes, technology based analysis to maximize productivity.
