Over the course of my career, I have successfully launched four companies from the ground up in India, overseeing all aspects from legal activities and HR processes to other key departments. Currently, I am embarking on the exciting journey of building my fifth company.I have conducted due diligence during a Series A funding round with Accel, meticulously managing all HR and legal aspects. Additionally I have led the team to secure ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, demonstrating our commitment to quality and data security.My experience in managing HR operations across KSA, Dubai, and India has given me a broad understanding of international HR practices. Beyond HR, I have also led teams in Finance and other support functions, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations.I hold an MBA and have just completed my law degree, giving me a unique perspective on the legal and regulatory aspects of HR.
