Roles & Responsibilities:  Price negotiation with suppliers & Procurement of commodities. Handling all initial & final payment to Suppliers.  Managing daily paying & payout of funds as well as commodities with Exchange & Clients. Maintaining Commodity Stock Register. Monitoring accounts reconciliation & Bank reconciliations. Monitoring other day to day matters in back office operations. Maintaining MIS & reports and evaluating the same for facilitating decision making process.  Handling various compliances such as Commodity Exchange, Sale Tax, Income Tax. Preparing the monthly profitability reports & monthly closing of books of account & generate necessary MIS required by management. Assist in Finalisation of Balance Sheet & Profit & loss A/C and coordination with internal & Statutory Auditors. Liaisoning with Banks for bank guarantees, limit sanctioning or credit facilities. Coordination with Income Tax Consultant regarding the assessment proceedings.
