Project: HICS• Getting the health insurance member query requestsfrom onshore• Reviewing the queries related to their demographicdetails, enrollment spans, APTC's, premiums• Validating the member details, plan details betweenmultiple applications and portals• Resolving the case and sending resolution by emailto onshore team• The case was closed after we received an onshoreresponse• Sending outbound correspondence letter tomember's mailing address• Maintaining appropriate files, reports, documents,and data.Project: Medicare• Getting the member enrollment, disenrollment,cancellation forms from onshore• Reviewing the member eligibility and plan eligibilityfor enrollment• Processing the transactions in accordance withguidelines• Getting health insurance payments by checks fromonshore• Reviewing and posting the checks into correctmember accounts• Performing write-offs and billing adjustments forunapplied payments• Refunding the overpayments through refund process.
