• Engine ,vehicleTest bed- test cycles preparation for Farm applications(engines, vehicles , transmission,pumpsets) etc,• Working on Engine –vehicle testing , calibration, endurance ,performance,durability,COP & Emission (Term3 norms) testing for Farm applications• Co-ordinating with multrifunctional teams. Suppliers,vendors for the testing –development projects• Involving engine testing,lab trials ,validation ,development test cycles for ISO certification• 8 mode emission test cycles modification ,preparatioin for engines,vehicles emission norms• Preparing Test bench SOPs ,DATA analysis,reports of daily testing plan for smooth operations• Carrying out calibration, testing ,maintenance for the test lab instruments as per the schedule• Preaparing estimated quotation for testing, maintenance as per the requirement• Define, maintain and streamline test processes and procedures in line with Quality and PD requirements Design and maintain the AVL EDACS,SAJ DCAT & LABVIEW Test Programs.• Identify and address utilization issues and interface with appropriate teams for resolution. Commission and sign off test cell installations in line with existing PD test facilities• Project coordination for Installation/Commissioning of Engine,chassis test beds with AVL,SAJ.• Maintain dyno,testbed equipments facilities parts and stock lists, identifying the spares requirements and defining more robust solutions where necessary to minimize downtime. • Work closely with the engine test team to develop skills and help with high level fault finding and diagnosis

• Commissioning of different SCADA Instrumentation testing system like, AVL - PUMA ,EDACS, MMI,Open Automation test system, • Simulation and calibration of Pressure, Temperature, Torque, Speed SCADA channels using different OEM calibration equipment like, GE Druck DPI portable calibrators, etc., • Knowledge on Engine control unit (ECU)• Testing and Tuning of PID controller in SCADA.• Schneider - Dyno Road Foot mounted induction motor (250 KW) and Control panel Installation and Commissioning through COSI protocol.• Testing and commissioning the Pressure, flow switch, level and temperature transmitter unit and integrate with SCADA systems.• Erection, commissioning and calibration of instrument systems like transmitters, Level switches, cylinder, DP switches and Siemens staefa control valves.• Testing and Commissioning of RTD (PT 100), Thermocouples (K ,T type) and automatic temperature ON/OFF controller.• Parameterization Testing, trouble shooting of VFD, three phase inductions motors and Pumps.• Testing of Interlock, loop check, automatic control conveyor sensors and PLC control systems.• Testing ,commissioning and servicing of measuring instruments like Smoke meter, Opacity , fuel balance & fuel temperature conditioning , air & temperature control system, Blow-by meter• Testing and overhauling of pneumatic operated control valve and PID tuning of control valves through automation sysytem• Worked with BMS control panels and Firefighting equipment’s, Gas Release Panel and Detectors such as gas detector, smoke detector, Heat detector.• Testing and servicing of Glycol Coolant and diesel temperature Conditioning Unit.• Follow up of AMC schedule and planning & execution of AMC jobs• Involving in Communication with third party vendors for system integration and technical clarification• Systems hand over and Providing technical product training and basic user functionality training to the customers.
