 Initiating development of new Subcontractors, vendors and motivating the existing to increase their capacity to achieve the goal in terms of quality, quantity, delivery time and cost. Conducting all necessary QA activities prior to and during product selection, product development, production in order to identify issues early and build in right quality at the beginning of life cycle. Instrumental in Identification of bottleneck and development of significant alternate resource.Coordinating and integrating with manufacturing and commercial departments. Increasing productivity at subcontractors and vendors end by improving Process and by identifying the scope of improvement, to minimize the cost of manufacturing. Responsible for Cost control for the purchase of materials. Responsible for Inventory Control and Stock Audits. Streamline processes and ensure continuous improvement of productivity levels through performance analysis by ensuring optimum utilization of resources.

 Ensure all the products have met the specifications clearly with careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the standards. Effectively interact with Production & Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products. Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, Objectives, Policies, Procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC. Taking adequate measures like conducting audits to monitor and analyse the performance of vendors pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms. Generation of management reports & graphs on work-in-progress, daily & monthly production, machine, Safety & Quality status for providing feedback to Management. Conceptualizing various Business scenarios, evaluating Purchasing, Manufacturing & Logistics capabilities & committing Business plans. Streamline processes and ensure continuous improvement of productivity levels through performance analysis by ensuring optimum utilization of resources.

 Overall operations & ensuring timely accomplishment of production targets within the time, quality and cost parameters. Shop floor resource allocation for achieving the Production Targets. Developing strategies to improve machine productivity & ensure availability and optimum utilization of skilled/unskilled manpower.  Analyzing process capability on periodical basis and achieving.  Conducting the design analysis of problems, failures and rejections in production. Preparing quarterly / half year / annual budgets for the department and exercise for budgetary control. Suggesting cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operating &Maintenance expenditures and work within the budget. Monitoring of day-to-day 5’S systems and safety operation procedure, safety inspection checklist, group safety round audit in the shop floor. Taking various safety training programs, Mock Drill, Emergency Preparing, etc. for all employees for the prevention of Near Miss Accidents, Fatal accidents & to create safety awareness. Ensuring safe and healthy environment within the factory that meet or exceed local & global statutory requirements.
