Senior Manager QA QC is Management representative for all QA QC activities in all projects of the company.

• Setting up of standards and processes for optimum utilization at site for quality product to the customer.• Preparation of QAP, QA/QC Processes, conducting internal audits, facing external audits.• With a team of 25 members scheduling each and every person for site visit and monitoring for all sites on daily basis.• Reporting and updating to the management with everyday developments at the sites through daily, weekly and monthly reports.• Conduct relevant trainings to the onsite staff of client and the contractor for a better quality product.• Track record of all the observations and quality non conformances being observed at site and suggest for further avoiding the same.

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance with testing of all execution to finishing materials being used at site.• Leading team of Engineers and Managers. Ensure all documents are maintained at the updated status.• Looking after all testing, approvals and maintaining the records as per the site and the company requirements.• Conduct frequent audits at all sites and analyse the quality of each site.• Prepare the detailed report with rating chart for all the sites in the SBU on monthly basis and submit the quality rating for the month to the management.• Set standard operating procedures (SOP) for almost each executing item at site and assure the execution is done as per the SOP`s.• Any deviation in the SOP is found would be brought to the notice of the management and steps would be taken to revise the same.• Making each site ready for the IMS, QMS, and OHSHAS certifications for the company.• Follow all latest ISO procedures and implement it at the site without affecting or hampering to the progress of the work.

Execution and Quality.

• Co ordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors. • Maintaining the day to day quality records as per the project specifications and requirements.• To direct the firms inspection & testing program, as well as its proactive quality assurance procedures designed to prevent defects or improve performance.
