I am responsible for sales and marketing of revamps and Field Services for Bulk Material handling,Mining and Crushing equipment, viz. Conveyor Systems, Stacker and Reclaimer, Crushers, BucketWheel Excavators, coal, lignite & limestone and Cement plant equipment Viz. Kiln, Cooler, Ball Mill& Polycom Forecasting and market analysis Understanding the client’s requirement (technical & commercial). Proposing a product that is bestsuited to customer’s need and educating client about development in products and services offered. Frequently visiting clients throughout India for generation of enquiries and submission of technocommercial offers/ online bids as per customer’s requirement and company’s standard. Dealing with both private and PSU/ Govt. clients. Coordinating with various departments like design, purchase, workshop, costing, commercial andvendors. Following up with clients regarding submitted offers, payments, material receipt and customersatisfaction. Negotiating price and commercial conditions with clients. Reviewing LOI/ PO critically, received from customer and seek clarification if any. Supporting execution team in resolving critical issues raised during order execution and ensuretimely delivery of material. Maintaining MIS of enquiries, offers submitted, orders received, ISO documentation, generatingmonthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports. Discussing other business opportunities with clients like Operation and Maintenance of plant, AMC’s of equipment also Spare Parts Management.Actively involved in selection, establishment and renewal of contracts of business partners. Constantly involved in development and increase of business opportunities.
