Current● Experience on Maintenance of Power train shop machines like Makino, Fanuc, Brother VMC, HMC, Fanuc 30i, 31i, 35i system, Mitsubishi PLC system, Inverters, Multi-Spindle Mechanism, Ball Screws, LM Guides, Spindles, ATC, APC, Turrets, Robots (Fanuc, Nachi, Yaskawa), Conveyors, Auto Loaders, Leak Testing Machines, Bearing Press Machines.● Planning PM, CBM & TBM schedule and responsible for adherence to the same.● Lead & manage continuous improvement activities & projects in the machine shop from the planning, execution & evaluation stages. Works further to developstandardized processes using the PDCA approach.● Preparation and tracking of KPI (RFI, MTTR and MTBF) of department- MSQCD parameters and MRM data.● Troubleshooting of CNC & PLC based machines using problem solving tools and technical experience.● Preparation and verification of documents for ISO 9001, ISO 45001 audits● Preparation of SOP, HIRA for Maintenance activities.● Preparation of consolidated Equipment Bill of Materials and responsible for spares management.● Collaborated with the project team for new production line commissioning & installation and maintaining process documents as per standards.● Trainer for Fanuc CNC sysems to down level team & Kaizen facilitator for the department.● Preparation of budget for new maintenance equipment and executing as per the plan, budget tracking for m/c spares.● CFT member for Machinery installation and commissioning – Bully test and Process capability ensuring.● Compliance to government statutory and regulatory requirements and maintainingcalibration documents of measuring instruments.● Jidoka & Poka yoke implementation to reduce process defect generation.● Conducting training sessions on technical and safety related topics for maintenance team.
