Working as Credit Manager-Mortgages, managing two locations i.e Bangalore and Hyderabad.• Leading the team of Credit Officers, to ensure smooth flow of Process from Login to Sanction of loan applications.• Involves Credit Appraisal and Sanctioning of loans backed by tangible Collaterals such as Home Loans, Loan against Property.• Appraisals of Clientele of both Self-employed and Salaried profiles. Legal and Market Valuations of the collateral.• Analysis of Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis to assess the Credit worthiness.• Liaison with Vendors such as Lawyers and Valuation experts, to discuss on the feasibility of the collateral to be mortgaged.• Liaison with Sales team and meeting Clients to understand the Business and their requirements.• Liaison with Risk, Product, Operations, Compliance, Audit, Collections etc.., various stakeholders within the organization.• Vendor Management pertaining to the unit such as Timely reviews, Renewals, Monthly billings and Compliance related issues if any.

 Credit Appraisal which includes analysis of Balance sheet, Income statement, Ratio analysis comments on the trends of the financial ratios, its implications and the factors affecting these ratios.  Analyze the financial projections and assess the sales, costs, cash flow and short term & long term liabilities; assess the present and prospective future margins of the company. Preparing Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) as per company policies. Build and maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients with an aim of enhancing business opportunities. Liaison with the clients and ensure execution of various Legal documentation w.r.t the sanctioned facilities including agreements, creation of mortgages, assignment of receivables and other relevant legal documents etc. Liaison with the client and Operations Dept. to resolve various issues involved in day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the client account.  Responsible for timely reporting to management regarding market trend. Responsible for the follow up for recovery process from Stress accounts.

 Leading & Motivating a team of Executives to generate business. Leading a team of Dealers for generation of revenues by Equity Trading through Dealing Desks. Assisting clients for Investments in Equities and other Investment products by updating the current market trends.
