This program is under progress. Handling entire casting requirement for 3 plants for Wipro in Various process like Sand, Shell, No Bake Green Sand for Steel , CI and SG castings . Achieved development of parts approximately 100 to 120 different types of parts in various commodities like Castings, Forging, and CNC turned parts in 6 months. Developing alternative sources for casting parts  Successfully enhanced capacities off our entire machining and Casting supplier to ensure smooth ram up of our requirement. Lead Time – Reduced the start up time (from Proto to Bulk) from 18+ weeks to 14 Weeks.
