VATPL is an AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015, NADCAP-certified company that includes in Designer and manufacturing of advanced aerospace components and tools.  Composite manufacturing of Monolithic and sandwich composite structure process, Autoclave and Oven Curing Process, Aerospace parts Manufacturing, Agriculture and target Drones Parts Manufacturing, and UAV parts manufacturing and assembly. Day-to-day planning and Execution and daily update of projects/operation progress to immediate superior. Making a Production plan and executing it as per the monthly production plan and 30/60/90 Plan.  Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage employees, and shift schedules. Hands-on experience in prepreg layup, final bag, Curing, and bonding processes like composite to composite and metallic to composite parts. Hands-on experience in Wet layup and resin infusion methods. Estimation of Raw material, Man hours, Machine hours, and consumables for new projects. Studying customer drawings, specifications, and implementation in manufacturing. New process development and implementation in Composite processing. Selection of raw materials and consumables for customer-required products. Internal Auditor for composite manufacturing process (NADCAP & AS9100D). Process Document Preparations of handling machining and Manufacturing process. Mold development for layup and manufacturing of new composite products.
