Co ordination with major contractor Preparing & maintaining daily progress report mentioning labour strength & Equipments. Bill Certifications of Major Contractors. To take part in monthly review meetings with contractors for the Achievements and planning for next month progress. Follow up with Structural & Architectural consultants for minimizing the cost and other hindrance for progress. Day to day monitoring and follow up of work progress as per the approved master schedule. Strict adherence to Master construction schedule in terms of quality, quantity, time and Cost.
