This increases customer satisfaction and entry into new markets. Key Accountabilities:1. Ensuring adherence to Corporate Plan by setting parameters to different Quality groups to achieve specified / required results.2. Setting up Quality assurance systems along with overseas team to meet the targeted Q metrics across the plants.3. Improving Product Quality4. Facilitate all International plants team to implement warranty analysis process, Improve customer satisfaction by reducing field failures, thereby reducing warranty cost to the company and increasing uptime for customers. 5. Collaborate with all Quality partners across all overseas plants to introduce systems & new practices and also ensure standardization of practices through periodic training program6. Enhancing the Skill / competency of team members.7. Facilitating Total Quality Business Management practice across all International functions.
