 Handled 8 NPI Thermal design projects involving MOBOM 1.6T SR16, 800G-QSFP&OSFP-SR8, 400G-QDD&OSFP AOC & QDD-DR4 Optical Transceiver & AOC. Designed, simulated, and evaluated thermal performance at both modules (PCB, ICs, DSP, laser, housing) and system levels in DC switch environment. Successfully Integrated an ultra-thin vapor chamber into the optical transceiver, achieving a 7°C temperature reduction on 800G OSFP Transceiver IC’s (DSP, TIA, Laser), PCB and housing. Managed the complete life cycle of 1 NPI project for the 400G QSFP-DD DR4 Optical Transceiver. Responsible for the NPI product thermal analysis, design & performance verification before transitioning to the MP phase. Responsible for 5 Tier-1 customer account management and resolving sales and quality related issues Conducted DVT (3V3T & HTOL) & DC SW System interoperability tests for the 400G-QDD DR4 Transceiver. Resolved a build blocker issue related to 400G-DR4 Transceiver High-speed testing with SSPRQ PAM4 signal. Led 17 major RCCA investigations in RMA products, implementing robust CA in the manufacturing process, thereby reducing the failure rate 7% by utilizing Six Sigma. Acted as a TPM and secured a new business deal with a Tier 1 customer in Taiwan.  Acted as EPM for two NPI projects for Apple Customer, encompassing the iPhone 10 & 12 series FATP. Overseen the factory setup and bring-up of three iPhone FATP manufacturing lines at the Wistron plant in India, ensuring seamless factory operations from the initial development of production lines to the MP phase. Successfully elevated production yield from 85% (EB build) to 92% (MP build), demonstrating adeptness in optimizing manufacturing processes. Developed a novel fixture for iPhone Sim-tray assembly, achieving a commendable output of 300UPH by reducing the cycle time.  Supervised and guided the FA Team (AFTE, AE, RF, PME), resolving 40+ FACA investigations using the 8D problem-solving methodology across EB, PVT, and MP builds, meeting the 92% yield target through an implemented risk management system in high-volume I-Phone FATP manufacturing projects. Prepared yield bridges for EB|PVT builds and negotiated with customers to set MP yield target. Held responsibility for devising and executing risk management plans, evaluating their impact throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitated customer audit processes for readiness checks across FRB, EB, and PVT stages. Conducted SFCS validation across all FATP stations post LBU completion, ensuring seamless system functionality. Drafted project schedules, BOM, build plans, and UPH ramp-up plans for MP builds, aligning activities with project milestones. Conducted Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis for Retrospective and Lessons Learned meetings with key stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement and learning.

"Managed over 20 Multiphase and Thermal Design verification Projects focused on Air compressors Research and development. Some key projects include: Twin-screw oil inject compressor: Achieved a 7.6% improvement in Specific Power Consumption and reduced rotor temperature by 6 degrees Celsius by replacing a single oil injector with a twin oil injector.  Horizontal compressed air-oil gravity separator: Enhanced oil separation efficiency from 98.40% to 99.85% through interior design modifications in the separator tank.  Reciprocating piston compressor suction valve: Reduced pressure drop from 10825 Pascal to 2052.2 Pascal by modifying the suction valve's interior design.  Permanent magnet motor: Lowered core temperature by 18.9 degrees Celsius (from 101.8C to 82.9C) by minimizing the gap between the cooling fan duct and motor cooling fins to increase the heat dissipation rate.  Transient simulation of Dry Twin-screw compressor: Conducted for design verification, evaluating thermal and fluid performance, and measuring rotor power, torque, and force.  SWT two-stage compressor system package air cooling performance: Analyzed using Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) simulation. Multiphase simulation of SWV22A & SWV37A centrifugal cyclone air/water separators: Determined water separation efficiency to be 99.54% & 99.93%, respectively.
