Following with Freight Forwards for Flight Details and Tracking of Import shipments and clearance• Interacting with CHA for all customs transaction. Validating their service bills as per the contract and monitoring the payments • Interacting with project team and client for loan basis shipments (Import & Re-Export). • Tracking of CG Limit and CG execution• Preparation of Invoice for De-bonding/Destruction/stock transfer of bonded goods. Co-Ordination with the Finance team to get the duty amount.• Preparation of report for customs authorities • Preparation Shifting Invoice and Re-Export Invoices, Coordinating with Customs officer in Material Inspection in STPI unit.• Coordinating with Freight forwarder for Import and Export. Tracking the shipment to update the status• Preparation of Day to Daily status for updating the customer requirement. Monthly Report generation. Maintaining customs transaction Documents • Preparation Worksheet for Depreciation of bonded goods.
