Actively collaborate and communicate with the EHS Managers & Officers to foster “One EHS”. 8. Close coordination and support to the projects & factories for the implementation of EHS Programs.9. Collaborate and working closely with Global EHS Director and reporting leading & lagging indicators. Report progress on the implementation of EHS Objectives & performances.10. Mentor and coach project and factory sites by robust procedures and various in-house trainings.11. Conduct regular EHS audits to ensure effective documentation is in place and communication of EHS Audit results for improvement action plan. 12. Provide subject matter expert support to investigate thoroughly all accidents & near miss.13. Providing suitable/effective EHS solutions to the problems by implementing best practices. 14. Identify, Plan, Initiates, and review Construction EHS trainings (Corporate and Projects).15. Activevely travel to sites and factories/facilities regularly for the EHS monitoring & performances.

 EHS legal training programs development and conducting various EHS legal trainings  Approved by MOM (Ministry of Manpower) as an EHS Trainer in MOM Accredited Training Provider (ATP) training centers.

 Actively support Leaders to be visible EHS role models for the company, support and enable them to "walk the talk" and make EHS an integral part of company business strategy. Actively collaborate and communicate with the EHS Officers to foster “One EHS” across the Region. Regularly report to Global & Country Head about EHS status, progress, objectives, targets and performance. Implement EHS Audit Strategy within Region and substantiate and enrich objectives, targets and programs with specific and required regional content. Initiate and implement targeted measures to promote Zero Harm Culture (ZHC) To address risks at source and plan for safe work including workplace environemnt and facilities. Identify, eliminate, or reduce as far as reasonably practicable, all foreseeable design risks. Providing inputs during design for hazard identification/ safety review meeting. Promote execution of pre-project Risk Assessment for planned scope of work in projects where appropriate and promote establishment of EHS plan. Perform regular visits/inspections of fabrication yard facilities and project sites to support Project Managers & Site Management teams.

 Partner with plant management in the implementation of EHS programs / standards. To monitor compliance with Plant Specific policies and local legislations. To address design risks at source and plan for safe work. Identify, eliminate, or reduce as far as reasonably practicable, all foreseeable design risks. Identify, Plan, Organize and Conduct various EHS trainings as per legal & company requirements.  Provide coaching and support to the management for implementation of EHS requirements of Plant and projects. Coach Line Managers to improve their EHS technical and safety leadership competencies and To deliver EHS training as required.

 Ensures that project is executed and monitored within the established EHS processes Identify and analyze unsafe conditions and /or act and determine preventive actions. Handles cases of incident, accidents or occupational disease Maintain safety rules and regulations and supervises the implementation. Assist in conducting studies on methods/design related and equipment to meet safety standards and handles cases of accidents. Provide and implement in coordination all activities as per safety activity plan. Identify, Plan, Organize and Conduct EHS trainings as per legal & company requirements.  Ensures and initiates training for project employees with regards to knowledge of quality methods and process awareness

 Act as EHS focal point of contact for the Client for all the EHS Audits. EHS-related permits, authorizations, certificates to comply and authorities have been notified as necessary. The implementation of the Construction Phase Plan is monitored and in particular, ensures that workplace inspections are executed. Required EHS documentation is maintained. Safety observations/hazard reporting from all construction sites and initiate proactive measures to arrest trends at the earliest opportunity. Identify, Plan, Organize and Conduct various EHS trainings as per legal & company requirements.  Initiate best practice and continual improvement initiatives across all construction sites to ensure safety performance is continually improved.
