Coordination with Teams :Design Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants, Internal Management, Contractors & Sub Contractors, Suppliers / Vendors, Inter Departments, Govt. Agencies Contracts Management & Claims Management. Project Planning, Control & Execution of Multiple Projects Projects Documentation: Quality Plan, Method Statement, Manpower Histograms, Plant & Machinery Deployment Schedule, HSE Plans, Daily / Weekly / Monthly Projects Progress reports etc, completing & Handing over of projects as per schedule by optimum resources utilization. Quality Management: Execution of the Projects to comply with QA / QC Procedures as per the QA/ QC Manual to world class standards. HSE Management: Directing, Promoting& Implementing HSE as per the company standards. Budget & Cost Control: Setting of Budget for various Projects and monitoring the Actual Costs, Team Management : Developing Projects Organization structure, Recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring and performance appraisal of the team, Continuous Improvement. Management Information System : Communicating Project Performance Indicators such as Time Schedule, Cost Status & Control measures, Safety, Quality etc. to Key Stakeholders of the Organization at the set intervals through Project Review Meetings.
