To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new learnings.After completing Bachelors (Commerce) in 2003 I have spent about three years in various organisations like Sakthi Sugars, Durairaj Mills etc. This three year has given lot of opportunities and enhanced my skills and given wings for me to start something on my own.When I wish to start something on my own in 2006, I am cluesless. I had a vision on business and Business development, but I never had an idea where to begin. By the time my brother Selvakumar has completed his bachelor’s in engineering always talk about the shortage of talents in Power industry and incapability of academic institutes on nurturing the talents. That made our Journey. We have planned to nurture the college students in core sectors. We have reached out many colleges to provide training or core sector. We have knocked 100+ college doors without a positive response. “Society never accept new plant”. We have researched why we could not make it? An idea struck!? Why to go to college? Instead invite students to our place… That changed our game. There is no look back for next 5 years (till 2011) where we have trained 1000 of students in electrical power sector. When we had trained and nurtured many young talent’s, but we could not get them right job or salary.That’s has opened another door. One side, students trained by us are working in core sectors giving a feedback of not getting right design consulting firms (Asking us to start one) where as other side of students trained by us are jobless. Till then we have completed many challenging assignments in 40+ countries and continuing our physical training to students. We have extended our training to working professional and corporates in 2015.We have done everything face to face and inside office till 2020. Everything went well till 2020 February. PowerProjects is not an exemption When covid strikes in 2020. We stumbled upon COVID. Our team has no clue about the way forward. We have transformed 1000+ lives through our training. We have provided consulting for 40 GW solar and 8 GW wind farms.
