Role and Responsibility1. Designed and developed ETL processes to extract data from the source systems and load into the Data Warehouse both in production and development environments.2. Using Informatica PowerCenter created mappings and mapplets defining the transformation logic according to the business rules for the loads.3. Created transformations such as Joiners, Lookups, Filters, Aggregator, Sequence Generators, according to the business rules.4. Developed strategies for integrating data from various source systems and for initial and daily loads.5. Tuning the Informatica maps and SQL's for optimal load performance.6. Created sessions and batches using Informatica Workflow Manager and monitored with Workflow monitor7. Involved in the production support, watch the workflow monitor carefully to see all workflows and all Tasks are running properly and data is loading in the proper way and to the right targets and at the right time.8. Analysis and resolution of all data related production issues.
