 Perform account set up for Equities, ETD, Fixed Income, OTC, Prime Brokerage etc., Quality check SSI's and confirmations.  Good understanding about classification/segments of different products and workflow of applications under ADM for account creation/amend as per procedure.  Provide global support for cross regional product like Equities, Fixed income, ETD, HFS, IPB and OTC without compromising on Quality Monitoring and assigning of DPMs and other requests amongst team members. Effectively manage queues to ensure nil or Minimal TAT breaches. Migrated IPB (International Prime Brokerage) predefine process from another location and ensured smooth functioning without any escalations. Ensured adequate backups have been created for all product Analysing and Interpreting the raw data of SSI's sent by the requestor's and creating the Payments according to Flow of Funds.  SME in ETD and IPB product account setup, amend and SSI creation. Liaise with internal teams and external counterparts on potential process updates or new procedural changes on ETD and IPB process. Responsible for reviewing and ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are in place. Handling escalations and resolving the queries related to static data by liaising with requestors and onshore.

• Perform closure on Global transaction banking and Global Service market• Perform Periodic review, KYC non-compliance and RTB closure on FXMM• Perform Open/live and closed trades check on respective application or reaching dependency teams to provide the details• Re-opening or Re-activating of Trading Accounts based on Client requirement• Closure of inactive Trading Accounts for 5 regions- London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Sydney and Singapore• Re-opening or Re-activating of client accounts based on KYC approval• Performing RBT closure for Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and Frankfurt• Monitoring the mailboxes in terms of processing and queries
