I manage the end-to-end process of sales, negotiation, documentation, and service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.I have a strong background in actuarial science, having completed a PG diploma from Institute of Insurance and Risk Management in 2017. I apply my analytical and mathematical skills to assess and manage risks, design and price insurance products, and forecast future trends and scenarios. I also have excellent presentation and communication skills, which enable me to explain complex concepts and data to diverse audiences.My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to help Tata AIG grow its market share and reputation in the insurance industry, and to contribute to its vision of creating a secure and prosperous society.
