Responsibilities as a Crisis & PAR management:- Coordinate with the Local PS/Team in Filing FIR against snatching, Branch Robbery, Staff Fraud and embezzlement cases liaison and follow up with Law enforcement agencies for all the open cases for execution & timely closure Keep tracks of all the on-going proceedings and stage of case for representing witness ,relevant documents and official reverts  Maintain sufficient planned and surprise Branch and center visit and client interaction  Sensitization in legal proceedings and repercussion of any wrongdoing to the sales team to create fear factor and discipline. Responsible in handling any untoward external issues like interference of government agencies, Local political issues in assigned territory. Analyze portfolio quality, Visit arrear centers to find out actual fact & and to send recommendation to management for further course of action.  Issue information letter and legal notice to defaulter (90 day above arrear) client.  Categorized the defaulters/Arrear and make strategy accordingly. ACHIEVEMENTS: Developed a chain of Lawyers/advocates in Jharkhand, Bihar. Developed a network of retired IAS, IPS, Bureaucrats. Handled staff death case (murdered during shooting case of robbery and suicide case). Developed joint venture with local police (Police station and SDPO level) to coordinate with branch and field staff to reduce road robbery other misshaping with our field staff of Bihar and Jharkhand, due to which frequency of robbery/misshaping has gone down.  Attend meeting with District collectors, SP, SDM DYSP, DGP, and DIG in various location of Jharkhand & Bihar to resolve origination issue and liaison. Represented BFIL – RBI Ranchi conducted a meeting to understand the business model of MFI’s and challenges under the state. Represented BFIL – MFIN State Chapter meeting in Jharkhand & Bihar.

(From 2007) Opened 12 new branches in Jharkhand (There were Only four branches working when I got promoted as a UM ) Rich experience in managing 40000 Clint -Base. Solving 100% repayment problem from the clients. Handled 50 Cr. Portfolio- Bases. Management and setup of new office infrastructure (Shop establishment, Commercial connection of electricity, Purchase of assets for new branches) at Jharkhand.  recruitment of huge number of staff for business expansion Conduct training program for new joined staff & old staff.  Pre audit preparation activity in branch level  Audit compliance and rectification accordingly
