Providing an end-to-end solution for Budgeting, Forecasting and Actual Performance.• Performing deep dive analysis on Budget Vs Actuals • Analyzing the key drivers of operational expenses and preparation of YoY, MoM, QoQ reports.• Preparation Functional level Quarter/Month end & Team Budgets.• Continuously focus on FP&A’s organizational efficiency and effectiveness by participating in internal change initiatives.• Responsible for FTE Charge back billing; Basically recharge of opex with markup transfer pricing percentage.• Caluculation of Overheads cost, C&B and Preparation of Invoice log, AR Report,Tracking of Receivables, Ageing report & Exchange loss Or Gain. • Work on FTE Billing Quarter on Quarter comparison report with a commentary for the variance to stake holders. • Handel Monthly Accrual on billing Journal posting, FD Placement & Maturity journal entry posting and supporting team on month end close.• Supporting team members on SOX Compliance Audit, statutory Audit, & Internal Audit.

• Responsible for FP&A activities including month end close activities, forecast, coordinating & consolidating the financials and dash boards.• Work on Reserves report and monthly forecast and budget• Responsible for giving commentary on the variance in the actual Vs Budget & on reserves.• Preparing Monthly advances Spread reports for comparing YoY, MoM, QoQ .• Monthly function wise Headcount analysis with the compensation benefits paid against the costcenter• Preparation Reconciliation of Non Borrower Billable, Escrow and Other Advances account, reported in Form 10K & 10Q filed with SEC• Preparation of month variance report explaining the key movements and presentation to management on advances• Reconciliations of Claim account which tracks advances to be recovered from Investors• Analyze the reasons for claims being rejected by Investors and double recovery • Document the reasons for non-submission of claims to Investors
