RECEIVABLES: I am coordinating with multiple stakeholders like Banks, Vendors, Customers,Corporate finance, and Treasury teams to affect the payments.Customer ledger reconciliations and follow-ups for timely payment fromcustomers.Conducting AR meetings with sales representatives weekly and monthly toensure timely payments from respective clients.Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and reporting to team andmanagement.Handling sales team queries to ensure service quality and smoothfunctioning.Recording receipts daily and communicating with concerned POCs.providing on-time resolutions to customers' queries.preparation of E-way bill.PAYABLES: Processing tax invoices received from vendors.Taking care of GST inclusion and TDS deduction while booking the invoicesin the system.Handling foreign (Import) payments (Forex until the closure of transaction)Taking care of the LC (Letter of Credit) process.Vendor balance confirmation and processing the vendor payments on daily,weekly, and monthly payment cycles (Domestic).Processing advances to vendors on request (Domestic).Reconciliations of vendor ledgers and communication with respectivevendors.Preparing AP reports weekly and monthly for team and management.Reviewing pending invoices daily.Processing the refunds for customers against the canceled online ordersdaily.Met all deadlines including those for month-end reporting.
