I executed competitive benchmarking to evaluate optimal processes and strategies, thereby identifying performance gaps. During the design and development phases, I established cost estimate targets and recommended cost-effective solutions through Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) methodology.I demonstrated proficiency in identifying and developing suppliers that meet client expectations and project specifications. By employing Should Cost methodology, I uncovered cost-saving opportunities and effectively negotiated with suppliers. Furthermore, I utilized Pareto analysis to identify high-cost items and presented potential savings opportunities to senior management, complete with cost estimations and resource allocations. This comprehensive approach not only enhanced our cost management but also strengthened our relationships with suppliers.
