Revenue Reporting & Analysis▪ Analyze and Report financials including Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis ▪ Prepare annual budget (~$200M) through Zero based budgeting model and track monthly actuals against it ▪ Work in concert with Accounting team through the monthly close process, ensuring accurate accruals and timely submissions ▪ Study and Analyze processes to collect data to build and maintain driver-based forecasting models and discuss with relevant stakeholders to communicate results ▪ Develop Revenue walks from Client deals through Operating revenue clearly explaining the business drivers and underlying assumptions to arrive at future state ▪ Represent FP&A in the monthly balance sheet & income statement reviews for the business segmentBusiness Partnering, Projects, Transition and Transformation ▪ Drive business strategy based on product level profitability analysis along with Business partners ▪ Work with Senior executives on Target operating model to assist with financial data and projections ▪ Identify business risks and opportunities based on financial and operational performance, pipeline revenue and wins and losses ▪ Work towards improving existing processes through Lean approach; successfully executed Waterfall standardization project to arrive at 6:1 report rationalization ▪ Actively involved in transition of FP&A function from US to Bangalore office ensuring the transition documents are in place and SLAs are defined and agreed Management Decks and Dashboards ▪ Coordinate and Consolidate managerial reporting, including Monthly Flash Reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and other adhoc reports as asked by Office of CFO

Expense Management▪ Responsible for management of Opex and Capex (Projects) spend against approved budget related to IT and Real Estate ▪ Serve as Finance approver for high worth Purchase orders ▪ Review the financial viability of high value Capital spend Business cases for MC approval ▪ Conduct due diligence on the spends to identify and research the outliers; work with Expense owners for clarification ▪ Work with accounting team to submit accruals and assist in capitalizing Internal IT projects (SOP-98) and Allocations (IT, REW, Telecom) Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis ▪ Prepare India Annual budget based on Headcount plan, Operating expenses and Capital spends ▪ Analyze Contractors and Equipment/License maintenance spend based on prepaid and renewal schedules and other executed contracts, to deliver monthly forecasts ▪ Assist Finance controllers in driving various project initiatives identified by Global leadership Reporting ▪ Prepare Month/ Quarter/ Year close related Dashboards for Senior management absorption ▪ Report project progress based on FTE Timesheets, Capital Additions and other Operating Spend ▪ Deliver Quarterly Service Management Decks highlighting the defined spend related KPIs and other spend analysis
