In this role, I educated Nortel partners on our hardware and software solutions. I was the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Meridian 1 Release 22 software, and hosted a 4 hour interactive telecast to our North American partners that received the highest survey ratings to date, and delivered $250K in revenue.
