• Prepare the annually calibration plan & conduct calibration accordingly.• Responsible of calibration for all types Instrument & Equipment.• Prepare the monthly data of calibration lab & presentation of gap analysis reports.• Maintaining and updating the all lab SOP’s and IS accordingly NABL. Inspection of all bought part related to sheet metal ,machining, forging, such as Coupling, Nipple, Nut, Bolt, Clip, Socket, Clamp & Plastic component. · Prepare Suppliers audit Plan & conduct Audit Accordingly.· Responsible for preparing supplier rating on monthly basis.· Responsible vendor meeting to quarterly for all vendors for issues arrange & their closers.· Implementation and monitoring for effectiveness of corrective and preventive action.· Handling final inspection of product as per FIS & Drawing.· Knowledge of documents MSA, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 7QC TOOLS & WI activities including documentation.· Analysis of Customer complaints and taking Corrective & Preventive action with the help of 8D.· Responsible for product and process audit as per control plan.· Maintaining monthly rejection review & presentation of analysis of in process rejection.· Maintaining and updating all work instructions.· PDI reports sending to customer as per dispatch with schedule.· Inspection of product as per quality plan.· Responsible for maintaining all calibration records.· To participate in Kaizen, & 5s activities for productive & efficient manufacturing.PREVIOUS JOB PROFILE (Mahindra & Mahindra)· Inspection of all bought out components related to sheet metal, Castings & Forgings of Tractor such as Hood, fender, scuttle, front axle support, Couplings, Nut, Bolt & plastic component etc.· Analysis of leakage problem in tractor.· Process audit of all stations on daily basis.· Analysis of fitment issues, & leakage related issues on assembly line.· Ensuring assembly issues monitored in ORC for New models.· Take component Audit, Warranty Audit, CVL audit & Shelf life Audit.· Inspection of parts on receipt stage.
